Paddle handles the payment as Merchant of Record, so the purchase is between you and Paddle. What happens when I downgrade?
If you have more active jobs than the new plan allows, we pause all of them and you choose which to switch back on, up to the new limit. We do not pick for you: two jobs that look identical to us may be, to you, one that issues invoices and one that sends a reminder. Nothing is deleted, and if your jobs already fit the new limit nothing is paused.
